From April 23-May 1st we’re hosting a nightly preserving class online. It’s free and each session will be 10-15 minutes. And you can watch it from your couch (we’ll be streaming live video to Facebook and Twitter)!
Our preserving classes are going to cover infusing, fermenting, salt curing, dehydrating, and cellaring! In 15 minutes (or less) we’ll show you everything you need to know to make a preserve with common ingredients and (mostly) common kitchen equipment!
Each episode will show you everything you need to do to make a preserve (or a few) in 10 minutes or less!
