It took me years of frustration to learn a simple trick before I learned the easiest way how to pit a peach or plum.
Look at the photo above; specifically at the plum on the cutting board. Do you see the small line/ seam? It’s a magical guide – cut the peach or plum along that line and you’ll notice this:
