I’ve spent a portion of this evening smiling. A lot.
Why? I decided to search “Farmers market slideshow” on Youtube. I’ve been treated to videos from across North America of all sorts of wonderful markets and communities. It’s a lovely way to spend part of an evening.
Here are some I really enjoyed:
The market at the University of Alabama:
The market from Peterborough, Ontario (about 15.2 hours from here):
The Lincoln Farmers Market in Nebraska:
The market in Santa Barbara:
The Frostville Farmers Market (Olmstead Falls, Ohio):
Peachtree Farmers Market (Atlanta):
The Souldard Farmers Market (this one is silent and in 3D – but I need me some glasses!!!)
The Market in Watertown, New York:
This is very far from North America – it’s a market in Malaysia:
This one is a little different than the above – it’s the story of the Davis Farmers Market Cookbook (California):
Does your market have a video? We’d love to see it!
